Uruguayan-Spanish tenor Santiago Sanchez - a BBC Radio 3 New Generation Artist for 2025-2026 - will pair Latin American song with Schumann's greatest song cycle 𝘋𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘣𝘦 in a recital at Helmsley’s beautiful Duncombe Park next month.

The spellbinding Uraguayan-Spanish tenor Santiago Sanchez continues our collaboration with the BBC New Generation Artist scheme. After a season featuring debuts at La Scala in Milan, Wigmore Hall and the Vienna Staatsoper, this will be a rare opportunity to hear a young tenor at the top of their game. The varied programme will show-off the versatility of this once-in-a-generation voice with a selection of Sanchez’s favourite German, English and Italian arias and songs.
